Women's Football Clubs
The most critical change to FIFA this year is that women's club teams can compete in tournaments. You will now be able to play as any of the current clubs competing in the Barclays FA Women's Super League and Division 1 Arkema.

Also, EA has said that you can only play against people who have consoles from the same generation as yours. That means Xbox Series X, PC, and PS5 owners can compete against one another, whereas Xbox One and PS4 owners can only compete against one another. Nevertheless, it's a significant advance in the appropriate direction.
More Realistic Animation
Making player animations more realistic has been one of EA's main goals for FIFA 23. EA has recorded twice as much data thanks to HyperMotion2 technology. Players seem to act and look just like the football greats they are copying, thanks to this, which produces a reported 6000 realistic football animations.
